About the Author

    During the 1940s, My grandfather, Boyd Lucas, moved to Berkeley, Ca and opened a bookstore across from the University of California (CAL). The Lucas bookstore was later run by my father through the 1970s. Both my grandmother and mother have been published. My sister writes, directs and acts in theater, currently in Europe. Rumor has it that Robert Frost is a family descendent and if you look in some of the traditional Chistian hymnals, you will find a Isacc Watts listed, also a family member.
    It seemed only fitting that I carry on the tradition. In 2002, my wife Abby and I purchased a used bookstore in Redding, Ca. In 2000, I released my first book, The Wave in e-book form. In 2008, I published my first print book, Four Paths to Forever. This was followed by the sequel, Beyond Forever: Journey to Tulmic, in 2009. This summer my third book will be released, Abigor: The First Battle.
